We are a Health and Wellness centre based in Hillcrest, KZN, RSA.

We offer a multitude of services, including massage, sports massage andreflexology.

As well as the therapies, we also have an in-house chiropractor & a clinical psychologist.

Our baby clinic offers antenatal support & classes, vaccinations, baby weighing, feeding advice etc...
